Residential garages are a place for your character to store vehicles in, instead of leaving them outside on the streets or in the driveway. If a residential property does not come with a garage feature already, but has the exterior appearance of having one, you can request one through the UCP's property request system. You are not able to request stand-alone garages.

To use the garage, drive the vehicle up to the entrance point outside, then press K. Your vehicle will despawn, and you will enter the garage interior. In here, you can use /vget to spawn the vehicle inside. Otherwise, garages function like any residential property. Please keep in mind that when selling the property to which the garage belongs, the garage has to be included in the sale.

Commands

Press Y - Enter/exit an unlocked garage while on foot.

Press K - Enter/exit an unlocked garage while on foot or in a vehicle.

/plock - Lock or unlock a garage (tenants only).

/pentrance - Change the inside entrance of the garage to where you stand. Remember it needs to be in an open space for vehicles!

/pinv - Check the inventory of a garage (tenants only).

/ptitem(s) - Remove an item from the garage. Adding 'S' will remove as many as possible (tenants only).

/ppitem(s) - Place an item in the garage. Adding 'S' will place as many as possible (tenants only).

/pinfo - Shows garage information (owner only).

/pdeposit - Place money in the garage money box (owner only).

/pwithdrawl - Take money from the garage money box (owner only).

/sellproperty - Sell your garage back to the market when selling the house. Will give half value if applicable (owner only).

/playersellproperty - Sell your garage to a specific player when selling the house (owner only).
